Every sound organization has clear communication guidelines that guide its operations. Similarly, employee engagement is defined in such a way that people engage freely. Well, only some companies have that order. One employee had to find out the hard way.
In their attempt to answer a question from their boss’s superior, with whom they had an excellent working rapport, they were rudely stopped. The person’s boss placed their hands in front of their face, silencing them before answering the question.
