A restaurant losing a day’s worth of customers is bad news. But it’s much better than bursting into flames thanks to oils, gas stoves, and the potential for fiery accidents. That’s why many establishments take extreme precautions to avoid mishaps.

Unfortunately, if disaster strikes and the place goes up in smoke, the doors usually close until repairs are finished. But not for Steph’s restaurant, as after catching fire, their boss kept them running with only half the place operating.
