Judge Judy and Jerry Sheindlin – Together Since 1976
She might rule the courtroom with an iron stare, but he’s the one who won her heart. Judith Blum, daytime TV’s queen of justice, met Jerry Sheindlin, a fellow judge and former TV arbitrator, at a New York bar in 1976.
Jerry and Judith married that same year, divorced in 1990, then remarried in 1991, in a rare legal do-over. They also share five children from previous marriages. In 2025, Judy listed her Manhattan penthouse at $8.5 million, the same price she paid for it in 2013.
