Shaun Cassidy – Born in 1958
Given his 1977 cover of “Da Doo Ron Ron” shot to No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, Shaun Cassidy quickly became a defining teen idol. It was followed by two more Top 10 hits, like “That’s Rock ‘n’ Roll” and “Hey Deanie,” all earning gold status.
He then led “The Hardy Boys/Nancy Drew Mysteries” on TV before writing and producing shows like “American Gothic” and “New Amsterdam.” In fall 2025, he’s touring with “The Road to Us,” mixing music and storytelling, complete with VIP fan experiences and Q&A sessions.
