Lisa Whelchel is a multitalented personality who started her career as one of the Mouseketeers in “The New Mickey Mouse Club.” this was between 1977 and 1978 when she was 12 years old. She furthers her acing credentials with a big part in a series called “The Facts of Life.”
She portrayed Blair Warner, a crossover character from “Diff’rent Strokes,” which “The Facts of Life” spun off from. She is still youthful and wowed the audience when she appeared in the 2021 special “Live in Front of a Studio Audience: The Facts of Life and Diff’rent Strokes.” She says there’s no secret to her youthfulness, admitting that she got lucky.
