No Nicknames Are Allowed
Nothing says fondness and acceptance as well as a well-crafted nickname. However, it isn’t for members of the British royal family as they wouldn’t appreciate the effort.
The royal family’s complicated naming system exists to ensure that they are easily recognized even without surnames. So to ruin all that effort by referring to them by nicknames instead of their official monikers would be terrible. Still, like all other families, they must have nicknames for each other behind closed doors.
