Alison Arngrim wasn’t always known for playing the ultimate frenemy. At 12 years old in 1974, she landed the role of Nellie Oleson on the popular family drama “Little House on the Prairie.” Nellie wasn’t exactly a sweetheart, but Alison’s performance was spot-on, making her a memorable character.
Though awards didn’t come her way for playing Nellie, she did win a Young Artist Award for her work as a child star overall. Alison stays busy with writing, public speaking, and even the occasional acting role.
