Bill Clinton – Chappaqua, New York ($1.7 Million)
It may have been years since the presidency of Bill Clinton, but he’s still relevant. In 2021, his ‘MasterClass’ course on Inclusive Leadership was released. Speaking of celebrities who’ve made interesting real estate decisions, we simply have to mention Bill’s gorgeous Chappaqua home.
He and his famous partner, Hilary, purchased the Dutch-colonial-style house in 1999 for $1.7 million. And it boasts 5,300-square-feet living space, five bedrooms, and four bathrooms. The house was in the news in 2018 when a fire broke out, but thankfully, it was quickly extinguished. In 2016, the Clintons expanded their property, paying $1.6 million for the 3,631-square-foot lot.
