This is Iceberg Alley, a stretch of ocean that runs from the coast of Labrador to the southeast coast of the island of Newfoundland. Labrador is in the Canadian province of Newfoundland and Labrador, taking up 71% of the province. Despite this fact, only 6% of the population lives there.
