This is another example of putting the bookshelf to better use now that the books are no longer taking up space. This time, the person has added legs to a turned-over bookshelf to turn it into a table with some convenient storage space.
The irony about this Kallax Shelf come table is that while books have gone out of fashion somewhat, vinyl records have made a huge comeback despite being considered obsolete in the advent of digital music. In 2020 it was revealed that 27.5 million LPs were sold in the U.S alone. This made up for 27% of album sales, which is impressive.
