Having spoken earlier about the role of a bed in a child’s bedroom, it’s notable that while adults don’t need it as a source of entertainment, they can still want something of quality. Admittedly though, getting something like a solid wood bed is something that will break the bank.
Even though his IKEA bed was already quite modern and stylish, the owner thought it needed an extra rustic touch while reinforcing it in the process. By knocking wooden slats to the bedframe and painting them white, the owners not only added some extra style points to the bedroom but also reinforced the wood, making it stronger too.
