Hilarious Images That Prove You Can Never Take a Serious Photo With Historical Monuments!
Run as Fast as You Can
The Shawnee Trail was once the main route for longhorn cattle from Texas to reach northern railheads. During the 1840s, cattle herds from Texas were driven up the trail, which connected Austin to Sedalia, Missouri. The commemorative cattle sculptures in Pioneer Plaza, Dallas, commemorate this part of American history.
The sculptures show girls driving the cattle along the trail, but in this photo, these real life women appear to be running from the bulls. The dynamic scene captures the dangerous nature of cattle drives and the bravery of the cowboys who drove the herds along the trail but these women don’t seem up to the task.
