Hilarious Images That Prove You Can Never Take a Serious Photo With Historical Monuments!
Well-Aimed Kick
Tori Bonaparte, a New Zealand-based blogger, traveler, and school teacher, captured a fun moment in her hometown and shared it on her blog. She gave a powerful kick to the Solace in the Wind statue, causing it to nearly fall into Wellington harbor. This 6.5-foot iron statue of a bare man was created by British-born sculptor Max Patte as a farewell to the place where he started his career.
With arms thrown back and body leaning towards the harbor, the statue is a unique and impactful piece of art. Kudos to the sculptor for effectively convincing us that the iron figure has lost its balance.
