DoorDash has a simple and straightforward policy. Under no circumstances are their delivery drivers allowed to take the goods they agreed to deliver. It’s one thing for them to mark the order incomplete because they could not complete the delivery.
And it’s a completely different case for a driver to have failed to complete the delivery because they ate the customer’s order. So we hope for this Dasher’s sake that he was joking about taking a bite of the chicken.
