Let’s get things straight first: we’re referring to the smiling human couple and not the amorous duo behind them. They took a nice nature picture, grinning from ear to ear, oblivious of their furry friends doing their thing at their feet.
While this appears to be a happy photo, the dogs’ experiences could quickly turn unpleasant because some of them experience pain during their copulatory ties. When they’re “tied,” the canines can take up to one hour during mating while standing still!
