It seems like there was a bit of a mix-up at BBQ restaurant Smokehouse 41. A hungry family came in, excited for a good meal, but unfortunately, things didn’t quite go as planned. The customer left a bad review, complaining about the horrible service, rude cashier, and overpriced food with a disappointing kids’ menu.
But the owner had a sassy comeback, reminding the customer that being rude to the staff doesn’t help anyone. Plus, they even gave the kids meals for free, which she failed to mention.
