Everyone may have their take on this, but the consensus remains that the owner of this establishment dished out a rather interesting response to the not-so-glowing review. On the one hand, it could debunk the review and reduce it to a case of pettiness. But on the other hand, it could make people believe the comments are true!
Interestingly, Masala Chai is actually spiced milk tea, but according to the owner, the reviewer’s rant was just because they were recently fired from their job for poor service and numerous complaints from guests. Hopefully, that’s enough to address concerns that must have come up about their food authenticity.
