Dining Room, Not Playground

Here’s another customer who had a rough time at a restaurant. More than half of negative reviews result from what guests perceive as bad service, so even after acknowledging the food was good, they could only manage to give two stars. But as imagined, the owner had a witty response because the customer didn’t tell the whole story.

The complaint about grumpy service and lack of family-friendliness was only because the establishment wasn’t in support of their kids running around tables and screaming. The owner explained that the place is not a playground and suggested they order takeout next time and go play at home. Ouch!
