Workers Beside The Chain That Held The Titanic’s Anchor Around 1910

These workmen were positioned near the massive chain that was a part of the infamous ship, the Titanic. In 1909, they got the shipyard in Belfast and began the construction of the warship. This remarkable yacht was built over more than two years by more than 3,000 workers.

It seemed that the ship was destined for disaster even from the moment it set sail, though. The construction of this ship resulted in the deaths of eight people, in addition to the minor and major injuries recorded. After colliding with an iceberg in the middle of the ocean, the ship, along with the more than 1,500 people that sank with it, still haunts the survivors at the present time.
