Proper toilet etiquette dictates that people pee in the toilet, not on the floor or toilet seat, wash their hands afterward, and not knock on a locked door. There are also rules about not choosing a stall next to someone else or talking on the phone while doing the deed.
However, the one rule many fail to follow is flushing the toilet afterward. The management put up this sign to remind patrons to double-check before leaving the bathroom, but the message got lost in translation.
