It’s a reigning joke on the internet that Starbucks baristas never get customers’ names right. However, the company’s spokesperson has revealed that they’ve never directed any partners or employees to misspell names.
Whether or not these baristas are getting people’s names wrong on purpose hardly matters here. What matters is that someone heard “Marc with a c” and just switched the m with c. Maybe Carc should have shown his driver’s license.
