Patrick Stewart, famous for portraying Captain Jean-Luc Pickard in “Star Trek,” has been the husband of songstress Sunny Ozell since 2013. According to The New York Times, the lovebirds met while Stewart was playing a “Macbeth” theater role in 2008. Ozell was a waitress then.
Their wedding was officiated by Sir Ian McKellen, Patrick’s friend from the “X-Men” film franchise. Funny enough, Stewart and Ozell discovered that Ian McKellen’s credentials weren’t accepted in the latter’s home state of Nevada. After the main ceremony, they had to do a last-minute one at a Los Angeles Mexican restaurant.
