Wedding preparations can be overwhelming, but with proper planning and time management, you can have a stress free wedding day, with ample energy to enjoy the festivities. Here are some of the last-minute things you can plan for the week before your wedding, to have your flawless Big Day.

Check out your entire look

Your dress, jewelry and shoes must be ready by now, so test drive the entire look by putting on the ensemble and get a feel. Also, practice your walk imagining yourself gliding down the aisle with the dress put on to really get into the fitting and feel of your dress.

Do not forget the shoes

Your wedding shoes are most likely brand new, and you will be needing to wear them for a long time on your big day. So practice walking in them for a few minutes every day to break in them and get comfortable.

Clear your schedule work-wise:

Make sure to wind up any big projects and the little stuff on your to-do things before the wedding so that your mind is not preoccupied with the burden of work. Your office should be the last thing on your mind on the most memorable day of your life.

Get your ring sparkly clean

Get your wedding ring professionally cleaned so that they are extra dazzling on the wedding day.

Run everything by your wedding planner:

If you have hired a professional wedding planner, the few days prior to the wedding is the best time to go over any little details and iron out any kinks in the set-up.

Confirm attendees:

Reach out to the guests who still haven’t RSVPd to the wedding, and confirm if they will be attending. Though this might seem a little bit like a struggle, it is best to be prepared with the total headcount of the wedding guests to inform your wedding planner and caterers.

Finalize the seating arrangement:

Once you have your confirmed wedding guests list, you can now go ahead and finalize the seating chart. You must also send a copy of the arrangement to the photographers, wedding planner and bridesmaid beforehand, so you all can be well-prepared.
